Experience in both developed and developing regions of the world having been an expatriate for over 10 years with Mars Inc. and for the last 8 years as a business consultant across a range of companies, both internationally and in Australia. Deep experience in General Management, Sales, Route to Market Development, Distributor Management, Business Models, New Product Development and capable of leading and working across global cultures.

Assisted brands including Nudie, Raffertys Garden, Gourmet Garden, Avofresh, Snapsil, Simply Fresh Produce, Mulgowie, and Bundaberg.

I am comfortable with change, chaos and I value learnings gained from others business failures, at ease working in situations without a defined roadmap. I am open to learning and discovery, highly curious, inquisitive and creative. Constantly searching for the next scalable “S Curve” in a business that will deliver “wow” consumer experiences and keep us ahead of the competition. Readily able to wear multiple hats and comfortable celebrating failure when it leads to learning and iteration.
